Transformation occurs infinitely when time flows, therefore physical architectural models portray a frozen moment reluctant to change. Focusing on the connection between how natural elements, such as weather and soil growth, could impact the surrounding built environment throughout time and how there is a distinct value of the preserved architecture and newly built environment, the project puts the Carnegie Mansion through a constructed time in a strictly physical format. Various physical models were built to illustrate the transformation of time in a rather timeless medium, with a focus on the timescales of preservation, architecture, and ground.
